Auto Glass Winston-Salem is a website of Impex Auto Glass, which operates it for drivers in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and nearby towns. Calls and quote requests from this site go to Impex Auto Glass. By using the site you accept these terms.
General information
The pages on this site explain auto glass work, North Carolina statutes and how insurance claims usually work. They are general information, not legal or insurance advice. Statutes, standards and insurance rules described here are summaries of published sources as read in October 2026, and they can change. Your own policy and your insurer decide what is covered.
Quotes and the work
A quote is based on the vehicle and the damage you describe. The technician confirms at the vehicle whether a repair or a replacement is right and whether calibration is needed. Work is carried out by Impex Auto Glass on the terms Impex gives you for that job. Mobile appointments may be moved when the weather or the location does not allow the work to be done properly.
Insurance
Where this site explains insurance, it describes how claims usually work in North Carolina. Whether a job is covered, and what you pay, depends on your own policy and your insurer’s decision.
Photographs
Photographs on this site are stock pictures of places, roads, vehicles and glass. They do not show Impex Auto Glass staff, customers or their vehicles unless a caption says so.
